Yunveras is operated by YUNVERA SARL at the company address shown on our Contact Us page. These terms apply when you browse or order from yunveras.com. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products and orders

Product descriptions, photographs and prices are provided to help you choose. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Please review the item, quantity, delivery address, currency, shipping method and total before placing an order. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. We may contact you if an item is unavailable or an obvious listing error prevents us from fulfilling the order; any payment already captured for an order we cannot fulfil will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices, currencies and payment

Checkout supports US dollars (USD) and Canadian dollars (CAD). Catalog prices are stored in USD; CAD prices use the displayed Bank of Canada reference rate. The selected currency, shipping charge and final total appear before you submit the order. If a CAD quote changes, review the refreshed total before continuing. Your card issuer may charge its own conversion or other fees.

Standard and express shipping charges are listed in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. We do not add a separate tax charge at checkout. Payments are entered on the hosted payment provider’s page. Returning to our website from that page does not by itself mean a payment has succeeded; we confirm the order only after receiving a verified payment result.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

We currently deliver to the United States and Canada. Processing and delivery estimates, service options and charges are set out in the Shipping Policy. Contact us promptly if your delivery details are wrong or your shipment is delayed. You may request cancellation before the item is shipped or produced. Once it has shipped, the Return Policy applies. That policy explains the 14-day return request period, eligibility, return costs and refunds.

Website use and third-party services

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security or submit false order information. Product images, text and site design may not be reused without permission from their respective rights holders. Links to third-party sites and the hosted payment service are provided for their stated purposes; those services have their own terms and privacy notices.

Changes and questions

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
